Configure, customize, and deliver solutions for client projects.
Contribute to the full software lifecycle from requirements to go-live support.
Investigate issues, debug problems, and collaborate on scalable solutions.
Create PoCs to showcase possibilities and guide client direction.
In rotations: design, code, and ship new features using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript.

You don't need CS degree, but some hands-on coding experience is valued.
Ability to translate technical ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear, confident communicator.
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own workload.
Curiosity, adaptability and genuine interest in where technology meets finance.
