📋 Description

  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders across PS engagements.
  • Execute and support PS operational requests per guidelines and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, GTMs, Delivery, PMs, and Finance for seamless handoffs.
  • Review PS requests for data accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
  • Monitor and manage requests via case management and queue mechanisms.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational and system-related issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years in Professional Services Operations or PMO.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end PS operational workflows.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
