- Provide operational support to internal stakeholders across Professional Services engagements.

- Review PS operational requests to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations or PMO.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end PS operational workflows and execution models.
- High attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
