📋 Description

  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders across Professional Services engagements.
  • Execute PS operational requests in alignment with defined guidelines and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, GTMs, Delivery, PMs, Finance, and stakeholders for seamless handoffs.
  • Review PS operational requests to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
  • Monitor and manage requests through case management and queue mechanisms.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational and system issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations or PMO.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end PS operational workflows and execution models.
  • High attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
