Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

UiPath is looking for a visionary and highly skilled Principal Designer to join our dynamic company. As a Principal Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the design direction of our products and ensuring that our user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business goals. You will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding design solutions. Above all, you will inspire everyone around you through your design vision for UiPath and how it comes to life.

We are a global team that enjoys both working remotely and/or in the office. We work closely with Product Managers to create forward-thinking designs that are user-centered and align with business goals. We are huge fans of sticky notes, whiteboard sketching, and immersing ourselves in customer feedback.
