About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to join a strong team of EAs within our Product and Engineering organization. This candidate should also maintain a high level of professionalism, as they will be working with employees at all levels throughout the company.
What We’re Looking For
A poised, confident, detail-oriented professional who loves supporting technical leaders, thrives in ambiguity, and finds energy in keeping executives and teams operating smoothly. Someone who leans in, discovers what’s missing, and makes things work—before being asked.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy CTO and CISO, including complex calendaring, meeting prioritization, and day-to-day schedule management.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and on-the-ground adjustments as needed.
Manage expenses, reimbursements, and purchasing processes in alignment with company policies.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve operational issues before they escalate.
Operations & Logistics
Plan and execute team events, off-sites, leadership meetings, and cross-functional gatherings.
Manage seat assignments and space planning for the Bellevue office, partnering with Workplace and Facilities teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Serve as the “boots on the ground” resource for new hires in Bellevue and employees of the Product and Engineering teams in Bellevue.
Support the Product & Engineering EA team with org-wide processes, scheduling rhythms, and special projects.
Communication & Coordination
Partner closely with the Product & Engineering EA team to ensure consistency, coverage, and strong collaboration across leaders.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a timely and accurate flow of information.
Ask clarifying questions to align priorities, timelines, and expectations across two executives with differing needs.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Business Partner supporting senior leaders, preferably in technology or a high-growth environment.
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and events.
Strong prioritization and load-balancing skills; able to juggle multiple demands with clarity and calmness.
Ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities, often with limited guidance, while maintaining high-quality execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with leaders at all levels.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving instincts and the confidence to ask thoughtful, strategic questions.
Comfort working onsite in Bellevue several days per week to support space management and in-person employee needs.
Highly collaborative, eager to work as part of a tight-knit EA team in Product & Engineering, and build strong relationships with EAs company-wide.
