🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product design for B2B/B2C/B2B2C ecosystems, including mobile.
Expert in UCD phases: research, workshops, requirements, wires, prototypes, visuals.
Proficient in Figma and Miro.
Experience with design systems.
Visual and interaction design for dashboards and data-heavy UI.
Translate business objectives and tech constraints into customer-centered designs.
