UI/UX Lead

📋 Description

• Lead UI/UX design for B2B2C SaaS products across client and recipient experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Support, and Sales to map user needs.
• Create sitemaps, flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to illustrate design.
• Mentor designers and lead cross-workstream design efforts.
• Contribute to design operations docs and establish processes with leadership.
• Align in-flight design work with roadmaps and refine product vision.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design for complex B2B/B2C/B2B2C ecosystems, mobile & responsive web.
• UX design expert: research, workshops, requirements, wireframes, prototypes, visuals.
• Proficient in Figma and Miro; experience with design systems.
• Strong visual and interaction design for dashboards and data-heavy UI.
• Translate business objectives and tech constraints into customer-centered designs.
• Collaborates in SAFe Agile; experienced in mentoring designers.
