We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Night Shift of the Data Operations team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment, with a strong track record of optimizing workflows, overseeing high-volume processes, and ensuring efficient, reliable execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Oversee a team of operations professionals by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster high performance, professional development, and strong employee engagement.

Operational Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the team’s operational strategy. Implement policies and procedures designed to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and streamlined workflows to drive operational excellence and maximize resource utilization.

Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources to meet operational targets effectively, including workforce scheduling, workload distribution, and capacity planning.

Performance Management: Establish clear performance objectives, track key performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to team members. Address any performance gaps proactively.

Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy, adherence to standards, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain regular operational reports. Analyze data to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint areas for improvement, presenting insights to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

A results-driven manager with at least 2 years of experience leading teams in data operations, quality assurance, data entry or a related field.

Proven ability to drive team performance, set clear goals, and motivate team members to achieve excellence across diverse tasks.

Strong background in process automation and optimization, with hands-on experience identifying efficiency gaps and implementing scalable solutions.

Exceptional analytical skills, capable of resolving complex data discrepancies and translating findings into actionable insights.

Skilled in coaching, training, and mentoring team members to build capability and foster continuous improvement.

Experienced in quality assurance and audit processes, with the ability to synthesize results into meaningful reports for stakeholders.

Demonstrates a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and related automation tools is a strong plus.
