Oversee US consumer business compliance programs, incl AML/CFT and sanctions.
Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, Product, and Legal to validate country-specific controls.
Review new products pre-launch for compliance.
Prepare materials for Board, regulators, and internal committees.
Serve as DRI for regulatory change management and US-specific controls.

🎯 Requirements

7–10 years in financial-institution compliance (federally regulated preferred)
Direct regulator engagement experience
Experience in consumer and financial-crimes compliance in the US
Experience in product compliance governance and regulatory relationships
Nice to have CAMS or CCAS
