Twilio is hiring a Talent Acquisition Data Reporting Analyst to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and deliver data-driven insights that help optimize hiring strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports
Track key TA metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source/channel effectiveness, pipeline health)
Ensure data quality and consistency across ATS/HRIS systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to inform workforce planning and recruiting decisions
Automate reporting workflows and build scalable data models
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

2+ years of experience in recruitment analytics or HR data analysis
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
