Design scalable, secure distributed services with low latency.
Collaborate with product/engineering leadership to set direction and roadmap features.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of new services from design to production.
Mentor engineers and raise technical excellence across the team.
Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years building and operating scalable distributed systems.
Experience with agents and/or LLMs.
Strong hands-on coding and willingness to dive deep.
Designing resilient, fault-tolerant systems.
Experience leading technical initiatives and decisions.
CS degree or related field, or equivalent work experience.
