Staff Security Enablement Analyst

Role Overview

Twilio is seeking a Staff Security Enablement Analyst to help strengthen security practices across our product and engineering teams. This fully remote role supports Twilio's global security program from a Canada-based region. You will drive security tooling adoption, enable secure development practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk.

What you'll do

• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement security controls and best practices throughout the SDLC
• Lead security enablement initiatives and training programs to scale security knowledge across the company
• Collaborate on security tooling, incident response readiness, and risk management activities
• Create documentation, guidelines, and playbooks to help teams sail securely and quickly
• Contribute to security metrics and reporting for leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in security enablement, program management, or a similar role within a technology company
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence product and engineering teams
• Familiarity with secure development lifecycle concepts, threat modeling, IAM, and security tooling
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team
