Solutions Engineer (French Speaker)

Role

Twilio is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who speaks French to support EMEA customers from a remote location in the United Kingdom. In this role you will work closely with Sales and Product teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate Twilio APIs, and architect scalable integrations using Twilio's cloud communications platform.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and gather technical requirements.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and architecture design using Twilio APIs (e.g., Programmable Voice, Messaging, Flex).
• Lead pre-sales activities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and drive proof-of-concepts with customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to craft scalable solutions and ensure successful deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers and teammates; contribute to reusable content and enablement for the field.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twilio products and the competitive landscape; travel as needed.

What you should have

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or equivalent technical field.
• Fluent in French and English; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and developer-centric platforms.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration patterns.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Twilio APIs (Programmable Voice, Messaging, Flex) and contact center solutions.
