Software Engineer L2, Identity and Access Management at Twilio (Remote - Estonia).

Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer L2 to contribute to Twilio's Identity and Access Management initiatives. This remote role is open to candidates located in Estonia. You will help design, implement, and secure authentication and access control systems across Twilio's platform.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain IAM features including authentication, authorization, MFA, and access controls.
Collaborate with security, product, and platform teams to deploy scalable IAM solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality software.
Improve security posture by auditing identity-related services and implementing best practices.

Requirements

Solid software engineering background with experience building backend services.
Knowledge of identity and access management concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, OAuth, and SAML.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and willingness to learn Twilio tech stack.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams in a remote environment.
