Twilio is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth with enterprise customers in the United Kingdom and remote regions. In this role you will own complex sales cycles, build executive-level relationships, and architect Twilio-based communications solutions that solve real business challenges.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the UK and remote regions
- Lead discovery, solution design, proposal development, and negotiations to close multi-year deals
- Develop and execute robust account plans, forecasts, and territory strategy
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver customer value
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management
- Proven track record of quota attainment with large enterprise customers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience selling API-based or cloud communications solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
