Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with customers to design and implement Twilio-based solutions, deliver technical demonstrations, and help customers scale Twilio usage from initial discovery to production deployments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales engagements and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops with customers
Architect, design, and document Twilio-based solutions that meet customer requirements
Deliver tailored proof-of-concepts and live demonstrations
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive successful outcomes
Provide guidance on best practices, security, and compliance considerations
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal enablement

Requirements

5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or software architecture
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with Twilio APIs (Programmable Voice, Messaging, Video) or CPaaS concepts
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Node.js, Java)
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
