Twilio is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for a remote role that partners with customers and the sales team to design, demonstrate, and implement Twilio-based communications solutions. You will translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, deliver compelling API demonstrations, and guide implementations from pilot to production. This position supports customers in North America.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design technical solutions using Twilio APIs.
- Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements to illustrate value and feasibility.
- Architect scalable integration patterns and work with Product and Engineering to ensure customer success.
- Provide guidance on best practices, performance, security, and compliance.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to pre-sales enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or related roles.
- Strong experience with APIs, REST, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of customer-facing technical engagements and multi-domain solution design.
