Senior Product Manager Commerce Product Platform

Job Description

Twilio is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Commerce Product Platform, shaping the strategy and roadmap for our commerce APIs and platform capabilities. You will work with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, security, and go-to-market to deliver scalable commerce experiences for developers and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for the Commerce Product Platform.

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and prioritization.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, security, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact features.

• Measure product success with key metrics and iterate based on data.

• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and translate into requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or API products.
\n
• Proven track record delivering complex B2B functionality.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and modern product development processes.
\n
• Ability to think strategically while owning detailed execution.
