Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of price realization initiatives to maximize revenue and margin.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to develop pricing models, discounting guidelines, and product-tier structures.
- Analyze market data, competitive pricing, and internal cost structures to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance and impact of changes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on pricing decisions and communications to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools; pricing software experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
