🎯 Requirements

- Proficiency in at least one modern production language.
- Observability/on-call systems experience (Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Designing scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write design docs.
