🎯 Requirements
- Experience leading pre-sales or solution architecture in Portuguese and English.
- Strong background in API-based, event-driven systems; REST APIs and webhooks.
- Proficiency in Node.js or Python with software development experience.
- Expertise in messaging platforms: throughput, retries, and deliverability.
- Ability to explain complex tech to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong collaboration across Sales, Engineering, and Product.
- Experience overlay or specialist pre-sales capacity.
- Experience collaborating with Product on roadmap or positioning.
- Prior exposure to Twilio CPaaS or similar platforms.
- Business-level proficiency in Spanish.
