Principal Field Enablement Business Partner

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Principal Field Enablement Business Partner to lead field enablement programs for our US remote sales teams. You will partner with regional sales leaders to design, implement, and measure onboarding, training, coaching, and content that accelerates deals and improves win rates. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable enablement content, playbooks, and tools for the field
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging
• Coach and onboard new hires and regional teams; drive adoption of enablement programs
• Analyze program effectiveness using key metrics; identify gaps and drive continuous improvements
• Lead product launch enablement and support regional rollout efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or field enablement, partner management, or related roles
• Ability to translate product messaging into field-ready training and content
• Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills
• Data-driven with experience tracking enablement metrics
• Willingness to travel as needed; comfortable working in a remote US-based environment
