- 6+ years of progressive presales with complex solution architecture.
- 2+ years CPaaS/Contact Center experience (voice, routing, IVR, CRM).
- Strong verbal and written communication; can drive deal strategy.
- Experience selling across multiple product areas within CPaaS or contact center platforms.
- Confidence influencing and engaging with C-level executives.
- Overlay/specialist presales experience a plus.
