About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Personalized Support Engineer 3 to join our remote team in India. In this role you will provide proactive, scalable support for Twilio customers, troubleshoot complex API integrations, and guide partners toward successful implementations. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and improve API reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Twilio APIs and services
- Reproduce issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate with engineering to drive solutions
- Create clear customer-friendly documentation and best practices guides
- Onboard new customers, assist with migrations and go-lives
- Maintain accurate case records and meet defined service levels
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support or engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth and web technologies
- Experience with Twilio API is a plus; familiarity with cloud communications
- Programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adapt to Indian business hours
