Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Sales Representative for the Activate program. This remote role focuses on driving digital sales, qualifying opportunities, and closing new business with Twilio’s Activate customers. You will manage a high-velocity pipeline, engage prospects across digital channels, and collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities through digital channels (email, social, outbound outreach).
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Conduct product-focused conversations, demonstrate Twilio Activate capabilities, and articulate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and SDRs to move opportunities through the funnel and close deals.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and metrics.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline activity.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales, digital sales, or related outbound sales experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage across executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales workflows.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
