The Deal Desk Analyst will support the Sales team by ensuring accurate pricing, quote creation, and deal structuring. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to build commercial agreements that align with business goals while protecting Twilio's interests. This remote role is open to candidates in Singapore and globally.

Role Overview

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will enable efficient deal pricing, discounting, and quoting processes to help close opportunities while safeguarding Twilio's revenue and compliance requirements. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to review terms, prepare quotes, and maintain accurate records in our CPQ and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and terms in the CPQ system.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to review and finalize contracts.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and appropriate discount approvals.
• Maintain timely, high-quality data in Salesforce and related tools.
• Support deal governance and revenue operations initiatives.

What you bring

• Experience in deal desks, pricing, or revenue operations.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel and CRM/CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
