Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing and improving scalable compliance workflows, collaborating with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Product teams, and ensuring timely remediation of compliance issues across products and regions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of translating complex regulatory requirements into practical operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable compliance workflows and controls across product areas and regions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Product teams to ensure timely remediation of compliance issues.
• Assist with risk assessments, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable requirements for the business.
• Maintain documentation for internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related operations role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
