Overview
Twilio is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to support the billing team by analyzing data and improving processes to ensure accurate invoicing and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Analyze billing data and usage patterns to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue reporting.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to billing workflows and automate repetitive tasks when feasible.
- Reconcile invoices and support month-end close activities.
- Prepare reports on billing metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing operations, finance, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
