🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching software end-to-end.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics tech, TMS, or freight brokerage tools (preferred).
• Strong product intuition with analytical depth—qualitative insights and metrics.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication across time zones.
• Entrepreneurial, bias for action in fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable with technical conversations and systems thinking—APIs and business value.
