• Own the RL environment data quality vision and strategy.
• Lead Data Quality Leads, shaping research-grade data programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Math/Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in software, ML/AI, RL, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams (research/data/engineering).
• Hands-on ML/AI/RL systems experience; RL benchmarks.
• Proficiency in Python; RL/Gym environments experience.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.
