🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow work orders and read part drawings
- Comfortable with measuring and cutting tools
- Preferred: 3+ years aerospace fabrication/mechanical experience
- Preferred: Clean room experience
- Preferred: Adaptable in development environments
