🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with thin-walled tubing
- Experience with aerospace metals (Inconel, titanium, stainless)
- CNC bending machines/control systems (Crippa, BLM, Horn)
- Lean/continuous improvement training
- Read blueprints and provide work instructions
- Knowledge of orbital tube welding (OTW)
