📋 Description

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Ensure client site provides high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Coordinate and conduct site-specific training per Titan standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical requirements, incl. lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather.
