π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SLED security license or certification.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
