📋 Description

• Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests; offer directions and answer questions with an approachable presence.
• Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity; coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Collaborate with the surveillance team to monitor CCTV systems and report safety concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident and activity reports, including patrol logs and observed hazards.
• Conduct routine checks of doors, windows, lighting, and fire safety equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SLED security license or certification.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
