Lead Security Officer (Concierge) - Luxury Residential - Chicago, IL

📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman/Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through coaching, performance management and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
• Education: High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience.
• Valid Security License if required by state.
• Driver's license as applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years old; English required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; maintain a working phone number.
