Position Overview:

The Software Support Analyst will perform a broad range of technology-related duties with minimal supervision. This includes project-based initiatives, time-sensitive tasks, and daily support responsibilities that require strong prioritization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble computers from parts; install operating systems and related software
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Deliver day-to-day operational service and support via helpdesk management
  • Assist with infrastructure development, server builds, and OS upgrades
  • Learn and support Access Control, CCTV, NVR, Alarms, Intercom, and related systems
  • Partner with customer personnel to demonstrate systems, provide training, and build relationships
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites

Minimum Requirements:

  • IT experience
  • Windows Server: Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services
  • Experience with Azure AD and Single Sign-On (SSO)

 Preferred Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong deskside and remote support expertise across multiple computer service areas
  • Knowledge of networking, IP schemes, switches, and firewalls
  • Experience with Meraki
  • Familiarity with Cisco/Webex phone systems
  • Experience with IP cameras/DVR software (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to contribute to strategic discussions

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to obtain a valid PERC license
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
