📋 Description

• Help supervise operations at an assigned client site on the shift.
• Report directly to Titan Management.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff in technical and professional skills via coaching and reviews.
• Maintain a respectful work environment for staff.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
• Train and supervise staff; follow client post orders and training standards.
