- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered on duty, including directions.

- Control access for employees, visitors or vendors as required.

- Respond to incidents and emergencies on site, and record incident data.
- Other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
