📋 Description

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered on duty, including directions.
• Maintain clear, accurate front desk logs for people, property, and packages.
• Control access for employees, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies on site, and record incident data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
