About the Job

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join Truv’s Product Team. In this role, you’ll build and optimize products that enable lenders to verify income and employment, streamline decisioning, and improve borrower experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that directly impact conversion rates, risk mitigation, and loan processing efficiency.

This is an execution-focused role where you’ll use your background in lending technology to design, test, and deliver impactful features that serve both lenders and their borrowers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the definition and delivery of lending-focused features and integrations from concept to launch.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure and scalable workflows for income and employment verification.
  • Conduct user testing with lenders and end-users to validate workflows and improve usability.
  • Run and analyze A/B tests to drive adoption, efficiency, and conversion rates across lending use cases.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in lending flows.
  • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and synthesize into actionable product plans.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate quickly using insights from lenders and borrower behavior.
  • Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience in lending, mortgage, or financial technology.
  • Proven experience delivering products used by lenders, risk teams, underwriters, or financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of income and employment verification, loan origination, and decisioning workflows.
  • Track record running user testing and A/B experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent execution skills—able to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments.
  • Make data-driven product decisions, leveraging analytics and experimentation to measure impact and prioritize features.
  • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and synthesize into actionable product plans.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into product improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience at startups or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Success Metrics

  • Improved lender adoption and retention of Truv’s lending solutions.
  • Faster and more reliable verification success rates.
  • Increases in loan processing efficiency and borrower conversion rates.
  • Positive feedback from lenders on usability, reliability, and compliance.
  • On-time delivery of high-quality product launches.
  • Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k).
  • Flexible time off and paid holidays.
  • Work alongside an experienced leadership team from top tech companies.
  • High-impact role with clear growth trajectory.
