🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in risk, operations, or analytics in fintech/marketplace.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and own and execute strategic initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong data acumen; SQL proficiency; translate findings into proposals.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, or Product teams to drive tooling improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; present to senior stakeholders.
- Background in trust & safety, policy, or risk is a plus but not required.
