  • Triage high-risk tickets ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security.
  • Partner with Legal and Security to translate policies into workflows.

  • Design scalable processes for trust and safety workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer support, trust & safety, or similar.
  • Experience handling privacy, DMCA, law enforcement, abuse workflows.
  • Strong judgment for sensitive/ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to translate policy/legal requirements into processes.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Stripe, Slack, Orb.
  • Excellent written communication for high-stakes contexts.
