📋 Description

• Identify and resolve fraudulent issues on the Roadie platform
• Use data to spot patterns and trends in fraud
• Identify gaps to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage high-risk situations with urgency
• Adjudicate user reports while adhering to geographic compliance
• Validate authenticity of user identification
• Follow legal and risk policies and procedures
• Partner with stakeholders to mitigate fraud and support change
• Investigate and audit sender Gig-related claims
• Research industry standards to improve internal processes
• Reduce losses by assessing liabilities
• Partner with law enforcement as needed during investigations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in Trust & Safety
• At least 1 year experience in compliance or operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication; empathic and trustworthy
• Strong investigative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with accuracy; able to handle complex procedures
• Thrive in fast-paced, agile environment; navigate ambiguity
