  • At least 1 year experience in Trust & Safety
  • At least 1 year experience in compliance or operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; empathic and trustworthy
  • Strong investigative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy; able to handle complex procedures
  • Thrive in fast-paced, agile environment; navigate ambiguity
