π― Requirements
- 3+ years in Trust & Safety, incident mgmt, or related fast-paced marketplaces.
- Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, Looker, Slack, Google Workspace.
- Experience in two-sided marketplaces, gig economy, or fintech.
- Available to work U.S. business hours including evenings/weekends.
- Experience with payments or risk signals is a plus.
