  • Act as final decision-maker on account-level sanctions, removing violators per policy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Trust & Safety, incident mgmt, or related fast-paced marketplaces.
  • Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, Looker, Slack, Google Workspace.
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces, gig economy, or fintech.
  • Available to work U.S. business hours including evenings/weekends.
  • Experience with payments or risk signals is a plus.
