🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Trust & Safety, risk, legal, or policy ops; incl. data-sensitive obligations.
• 2+ years taking on elevated responsibilities.
• Navigate ambiguity and lead complex, high-visibility workflows.
• Track record delivering cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with information security and data privacy concepts.
• Stellar written and verbal communication; convey complex issues clearly.
