- Deep familiarity with ads ecosystems and advertiser risk.
- Proven ability to own ambiguous cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Strong operational judgment and systems thinking; scalable solutions.
- Experience with enforcement systems, tooling, or automation.
- Comfort using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
