- Fast-paced, 24/7 shift-based environment experience.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Understanding of fraud prevention and investigations.
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB and sender verification.
- Familiarity with carrier policies (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon).
