  • Knowledge of 10DLC, TFN, and Short Codes.
  • Experience reviewing SMS traffic for compliance and spam.
  • Prepare documentation for carrier escalations.
  • Fast-paced, 24/7 shift-based environment experience.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of fraud prevention and investigations.
  • Knowledge of KYC/KYB and sender verification.
  • Familiarity with carrier policies (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon).
