- Hands-on re-review/appeals or escalations; strong judgment.
- Analytical; proficient with SQL/Sigma and actionable dashboards.
- Excellent cross-functional communicator across Ops, Policy, Product, Data, Legal.
- Growth mindset; balances speed, fairness, and compliance.
- Available to work a 1pm-10pm PST shift.
