📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack features for CoreHR.
• Participate in all phases of the agile SDLC in a distributed team.
• Modernize legacy components for performance and UX improvements.
• Shift-left: write unit and integration tests and verify solutions.
• Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a full-stack software engineer.
• 5+ years Java/Spring (Boot, MVC, Data) backend.
• 3+ years Angular (TypeScript, RxJS) frontend.
• Strong design principles, data structures, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Proactive testing mindset and shift-left approach.
• Eagerness to use AI-powered dev tools as standard.
• Excellent communication in distributed teams.
