🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in healthcare business development or related roles.
  • Experience selling to Tribal Health orgs and inter-tribal partners.
  • Existing relationships across Tribal Health with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals.
  • Strong BD instincts: prioritization and long-cycle opportunities.
  • Technical fluency in healthcare tech, including EHRs and data exchange.
