Trials & Evaluation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Receive, triage, and process trial requests from Sales; capture all info before procurement begins
• Coordinate procurement, configuration, and shipping of Axon hardware and software for customer trials
• Schedule and confirm trial resources (PSMs and installers) aligned with timelines
• Track active trials end-to-end and manage post-trial returns/inventory
• ALPR program logistics coordination across deployments and permitting considerations
• Act as SME for Cradlepoint renewal processes, driving continuous operational improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations, logistics, or program coordination in tech/SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without dropping details
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Smartsheet for workflow automation and dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication; coordinate across Sales, CS, Product, and Logistics
• Experience building or maintaining process documentation in a structured format
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows in Slack, Smartsheet, or Salesforce
